Expansion of the L50 Construction Site Access Road Eulenberg

With the development of the High-Tech Park (HTP) Saxony-Anhalt and the expected industrial settlements in the region southwest of Magdeburg, traffic volumes are increasing significantly. To meet future traffic requirements, the infrastructure is being comprehensively expanded. After a construction period of four months, the extended L50 construction site access road has been successfully integrated into the regional transport network. This project represents a significant step forward for the Saxony-Anhalt (Germany) State Road Construction Authority in the development of the Eulenberg industrial area.

Scope of construction work

The expansion included various measures, including:

Use of our MegaRail sk system to secure the narrow central reservation, taking into account the specific location of the sewer.
Use of the Super-Rail ES 1.0 and Eco-Safe 1.33 + 2.0 systems to protect the edges of the carriageway and the existing tree structure.

The construction period ran from March to June 2025.

The project laid the foundation for future developments in and around the Eulenberg industrial area and secured the connection to the important A14 transport axis.
